CityStructure was founded by Felicia Nitu, a Graduate of Master in Architecture at Parsons The New School in NYC, after 20+ years of experience in real estate development and residential design. Felicia was instrumentally involved in designing and managing construction for commercial, single-family residences as well as residential 100+ unit buildings while working for prestigious companies like NAC Architecture, and Perry Architects. She worked on large scale projects for well-known real estate developers like Tishman Speyer and Align Real Estate. During her career, she noticed that regardless the scale of the projects, all developers use Zoning Analysis to quickly understand what it may be allowed to build on a property before purchasing it. Felicia decided to make accessible real estate developers' acquisition strategy to any homeowner by using technology to transform the complicated zoning regulations into easy-to-use and understood Zoning Analysis.
