We are an award-winning prop-tech company with the goal of creating for homeowners, home buyers and real estate agents an easy way to find out the development potential of a real estate property.

US is going through a housing crisis, and the local and state officials issued new regulations to incentivize homeowners and developers to build more. It is too costly and time consuming for homeowners to see how they can benefit out of these new regulations. This is key for any feasibility study of a construction project.

Our product is leveraging technology & geodata to scale a heavily manual process and disrupt the real estate space. We were awarded for this achievement at SF Accelerate competition by being voted by City of San Francisco officials.

At the moment, we're covering properties in 100+ cities in CA and we're growing fast.
