About the role:
As our marketing manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our company and will help us build the brand and develop and execute marketing strategies. You will shape the company’s outward image, uncover customer insights as well as deliver innovative marketing campaigns. Part of your role will also be to take full responsibility for our content marketing strategies, such as top funnel lead creation, lead nurturing and conversions. This includes email campaigns, blogs, social media, and video content. You will work closely with our director of marketing as well as the CEO to develop strategies that drive engagement and growth. This is a B2B-facing role.

We are responsible for phrases like "97% saw smoother fine lines and wrinkles'' and have been in business since 2015. Unlike your typical start-up, we push for profitability while growing sustainably.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop our content, branding, and overall communication and engagement strategy
- Develop engaging content to attract and retain customers
- Create case studies, newsletters, sales collateral, as well as website copy
- Create compelling copy for podcasts and videos, and edit both respectively
- Optimize content and drive our SEO further
- Drive our marketing automation on HubSpot (dashboards, email marketing, analytics)
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and clinical operations
- Shape & communicate our vision and mission, and bring big ideas to the table
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to convert (website & sales collateral)
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research customer markets and competitor activities
- Develop innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Strong attention to detail, very organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Outstanding communication and writing skills in English
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Must be comfortable with autonomous working environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker
- Data-driven and affinity to numbers is a plus
- Experience with brands is a plus
- Experience with Canva is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
- Experience with Podcast and Video editing is a plus
