Chicago:Blend careers

To date, Chicago’s venture community has driven all efforts behind Blend (primarily led by Blend’s Board). Since our founding in 2018, we’ve collected and analyzed the only year-over-year demographic data for Chicago’s VC and tech ecosystems, sourced and vetted over 100 women and PoC board candidates, and provided access for underrepresented founders and “aspiring VCs” through office hours. Given this momentum, we’ve identified an opportunity to create a sustainable organization that transcends a nights and weekends project. In short: it’s time to build on this foundation and take our work to the next level.
