We work with many of the most exciting companies in the world (Uber, HelloFresh, Skyscanner, and Deliveroo to name a handful!) and are passionate about helping them put their customers’ at the heart of their decision making.

Our data-driven platform integrates with systems to capture customer feedback across multiple touchpoints. We use natural language processing and sentiment analysis to put insights at our clients' fingertips, allowing them to understand their customers like never before. We propel companies by increasing customer advocacy, retention, and most importantly delight.

In four short years, we’ve grown from two co-founders to a team of 50 (and counting) bright and diverse individuals. We have big plans as we continue to scale - come and join us!
