We make it easy for people to build Facebook Messenger bots/ automations. Everything from replying to comments that come in, to sending outbound messages when someone scans a Messenger code. We make it EASY for the average office assistant or real estate agent to do this for themselves. We also have a program where we teach other people how to create an agency that offers this as a service to those businesses at a fee. We are the only ones focused on educating our users on the power of Messenger to spread the word and create more demand. Everyone else is "Feature centric". You can have all the features in the world, but it does you no good if no one knows how to benefit from them but you 2% of "power users".
