Our "health companion app" helps simplify the recovery process for cardiovascular patients who have had a heart attack. We start by converting their care plan from their doctor it into automated daily task lists, links to videos and articles, and then provide tracking and feedback on their progress. The app helps patients set and achieve goals and adapts to their personal needs. By simplifying the patient responsibilities and helping them stay on track, we're improving outcomes and helping them with long-term health.
