We primarily recruit PSYPACT-credentialed psychologists and state-licensed therapists who are comfortable working with high-achieving professionals, including executives, founders, physicians, and attorneys. Our providers join as independent contractors (1099), set their own schedules, and deliver care via secure telehealth. Compensation is transparent and per-session with no hidden fee splits.
