Centriq was born out of a major revelation we had while building the innovation program at Salesforce. Every brand that sells product into the home is desperate to better understand their customer so they can drive loyalty and improve their marketing. But no one registers product purchases. So they’re in the dark. Meanwhile, as homeowners, we were tired of the endless headaches and hassles that accompany home ownership and eat away our weekends and our spare cash. Surely, it could be easier. So we built Centriq to radically simplify the process of using, maintaining and repairing your home and the things in it. And, in the process, we’re revolutionizing how brands connect with their customer; creating unprecedented market insights and deeply personalized marketing opportunities.
