Cellular Vehicles is founded by two medtech engineers coming from Auris Health, a recent $3.4B J&J acquisition. They're working on optimizing "last-meter" delivery for cell therapies, which is becoming a huge unmet need as the CT field transitions from systemic to targeted administration of cells. Since company formation around 6 months ago, the team has conducted needs finding and concept development work towards iterations of their product, and they recently conducted a human cell study that backs the promise of their technology. Their vision is to offer the hardware infrastructure required to accelerate the transition towards localized cell-based therapeutics.
