1) The system: Customer buys a hardware kit and software. She gets a discount if she agrees to share all RNA/DNA/Proteomics data generated in her experiments without having to give away her 'secret sauce'.

2) The chip kits. Customer picks the chips she'd like to use, and buys those depending upon the size of cells being studied, and the scale required. Then she loves them, and orders more. Since she's paying thousands of dollars per chip, which markets are sustaining now with inferior products or hobbled together workflows, even modest use of one system can generate $500k of revenue for Celldom each year. You can imagine what core labs or pharma industrial use would generate - millions per system per year.

3) The data - Celldom will incentivize our customers to share their data with us. Imagine a future SaaS platform where physicians using our system in China could make better decisions about a lab test result based on work done a year earlier in a drug discovery lab in Italy.
