Our Project Managers oversee the financial success of the building process, working in partnership with Architects, Engineers, and Owners to support the development of the plans. They identify and plan all the moving parts, and are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
Prepare conceptual and hard bid estimate of concrete scope including quantity survey of foundations, SOG, tilt up concrete, poured in place walls, and site concrete.
Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors for concrete labor, materials and equipment. Make informed decisions for the company and project during the buyout process, addressing subcontractor scope, price, schedule, and deliveries.
