Castiko is on a mission to empower performing artists around the world. We believe that art-making is one of the most important features of a reflective, modern society - and that it should be as easy and clear as any other career. Our vision to build a performing arts academy at scale - the first place anyone thinks of going to explore the arts. This academy blends learning, performance and community to create a fun, engaging and fulfilling learning experience. Afterall, the arts are learnt to be performed and shared - and we aim to create a global community for that. As a team, we set the bar very high for ourselves. We believe in being smart, using data to our advantage, and having a scientific approach to everything we do. We don't just want to be a good team - we want to be a great team that out-thinks and out-performs the competition. We are focused on learning and growing together, using empathy, trust and open communication. We're currently building from a carefully validated MVP to a world-class product, and we're having a lot of fun doing it. Working directly with the music/film/theatre industry is very exciting - and we make sure to take time out to enjoy the process!
