Culture and benefits at Castiko

We are passionate about our students' experience, and will go to quite some lengths to ensure they are enjoying, learning and growing. Our students are our most ardent evangelists as well, and we are very proud of that fact. Castiko's work life involves working directly with artists of all stripes - so there's never a dull moment. We can regularly be found singing, sharing our favourite shows, reciting poetry, and so on. Soon, in a post-covid world, Castiko will also come back on the ground with events and get-togethers, and bring back that human touch.
