carGO offers an end-to-end delivery platform and fleet that transports blood, organs, lab specimens and other critical items for the medical industry, including hospitals, laboratories, providers, pharmacies and patients.

We operate a provider and lab-facing portal that automates specialized and error-prone workflows that are currently fulfilled by a fragmented landscape of local third-party medical couriers. Specifically, our centralized software-based solution allows providers to place and track pickup request(s), offering full chain-of-custody from driver assignment to delivery, which is not offered by any medical courier service in the US. Every placed order is dispatched to the best-available courier through a paired driver app.

Our solution eliminates several inefficient/redundant intermediaries, radically improving the transparency and reliability of the workflow from order placement to delivery. We have already slashed turnaround time (TAT) up to 50%, reduced delivery costs and provided full accountability for our current clients through operations to-date.

We have bootstrapped a working product serving 11 clients fulfilling over 100 deliveries per day. In 2021, we achieved $1.1M in revenue with bottom line profitability. We have seen examples of clients replacing their entire fleet with our service.
