Care2Manage llc is a senior healthcare coordination organization. Presently, we have entered the market as a full service, concierge organization that meets with families and coordinates care. With little to no marketing we have been serving clients since November solely based on referrals.
Care2manage is a robust, full-featured, web-based caregiver-focused technology. It will allow the Personal Support and coordinators to be fully integrated with the caregiver’s day-to-day life. The ability to interface Care2Manage with any electronic medical record system or patient portal ensures that caregivers have the COMPLETE picture of diagnosis, lab values, important health alerts and physician recommendations. Payers have been keenly interested in Care2Manage for the capability to communicate and manage very complex insurance situations.
