Culture and benefits at Caravelo

The biggest of our achievements is the creation of a team of travel-tech experts coming from all over the world. Passion, authenticity and attitude are the most important traits of people we want to work with. We are proud to be inclusive and welcoming. Aside from our Barcelona HQ, we also have teammates working in Santiago (Chile), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Northern Spain so throughout the year we bring them together from all over for special team events, celebrating success, learning and much more. Mostly though, it's just because we are "caravelitos" !
