We are CAR.O.L - a venture funded fitness technology company. We have developed the first artificially intelligent cardiovascular fitness trainer. It is the most efficient high (or maximum!) intensity interval trainer on the market today. A lack of time is #1 reason people don't exercise. Our product solves this problem. Our users can compress >45 minutes of exercise into 40 seconds. The workout is so short, users don't sweat. Meaning they can ride at the office without needing to shower or change! We have seen incredible results from users delighted that they now have a workout regime they can stick to. We know - most of all - how hard it is to workout in the gym when life gets in the way.
