Caerus Ventures is an emerging fund manager focused on investing in early-stage consumer-facing technology companies. We seek companies with proven management teams, strong patent portfolios and compelling products. Focus industries include: software, hardware, consumer products, IT, IoT, and payments. We have extensive networks in the industries in which we invest, resulting in a strong pipeline of deal flow, and the ability to introduce our portfolio companies to business development opportunities.

Caerus is a small team of experienced entrepreneurs, operators and private equity investors with fund operations and deal structuring experience. We are committed to bring an institutional approach to Seed Stage and Series A investing. Our philosophy is to take an active, hands-on role with companies. We believe that we can use our experience and vast networks to significantly impact our companies’ growth.
