Burstorm is a 7 year young start up and the first company to provide a CAD application for cloud architects. We are accelerating our revenues and need to expand our team of top talent. The Burstorm CAD application for cloud architects is doing for IT what Synopsys and Cadence did for chip design. Rather than using "pencil, paper and PowerPoint" to design complex next generation technology infrastructures, Burstorm’s CAD application allows cloud architects to consider 100s of design alternatives based on a catalog of over 750 compute, storage, datacenter and network cloud services. Furthermore for the first time it allows architects to collaborate in real time across the room or across the globe. Recently we added cloud services performance data to the modeling capability allowing enterprise internal clouds to be compared to the market. The application has already been used by enterprises to optimize their existing infrastructure, model the deployment of new SaaS applications and to design private cloud infrastructures. With our great relationships with many of the cloud services suppliers we have set out to define the next generation distribution channel for Cloud Services. Our application leverages the latest distributed technologies and is a great platform for many engineering disciplines like constraints based optimization, search, workflow optimization etc..
