We are looking for a HR Intern who can help us with HR operational activities. What you get? The candidate will assist in the end to end gamut of recruitment activities Will be responsible for maintenance & updation of all relevant trackers Assist in the On-Boarding & Off-Boarding activities of employees Ideate & assist in planning Employee Engagement activities Resolve employee queries & issues Other administrative & ad hoc tasks as required What skills are we expecting? People & Culture mindset Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills Creative thinker and self starter Good organisational skills & attention to detail Eager to learn & is proactive Empathetic nature Basic HRM softwares knowledge ( Orange HRM or Zoho People or any other HRM softwares) A HR or any equivalent business management degree (least needed)
