I'm Shawn, and I built BubbleFish from a blank directory because the agentic economy is being wired up right now on infrastructure that can't prove identity, settle value, or satisfy a regulator — and I couldn't stop thinking about it. So I went and learned the cryptography, the formal methods, and the bio-physics, and I shipped the entire stack myself. What's great about BubbleFish is how we think. We brainstorm from strange angles — some of our hardest breakthroughs come from pulling bio-physics research into protocol and systems design, the kind of cross-pollination most teams never try. If something's been built before, we treat that as the floor, not the ceiling, and we build ours better. Ideas win on merit here, and the weird ones are welcome. The day-to-day is kind, chill, and direct. No politics, no theater.
