AI agents are starting to run real workflows — reading, writing, acting, and paying on our behalf. They do it on infrastructure built for human browsers: no way to prove which agent is acting, no native way to settle value, no cryptographic evidence for regulators, and no defense against quantum decryption. BubbleFish builds the layer that fixes all four.

We didn't write a manifesto — we shipped the stack. The core is N-PAMP, a post-quantum binary protocol that bridges today's agent standards (MCP and A2A) and carries identity, settlement, and audit natively. Around it: a cryptographic control plane, a content-blind relay mesh, and a biomimetic engine that governs the whole substrate. N-PAMP is verified by nine independent formal-methods tools and survived 813 million fuzz executions with zero crashes. Ten provisional patents are filed.

I'm Shawn — a decade-plus in enterprise fintech at FIS and Fiserv, and I designed and built this entire stack solo. The hardest technical risk is behind us; what's ahead is scale: external audit, standardization through the IETF, and design-partner deployments in regulated and federal markets.

EU AI Act evidence rules and federal post-quantum mandates both land within the next year, and nothing in market generates what they demand. We already built it.

How we work: first-principles thinking that borrows from strange places — many of our hardest ideas come from bio-physics research pulled into systems design. If it exists, we build ours better. We're kind, chill, and direct, with one rule: do the best work of your life.
