Jobs at Brightwater Tools

A spin-off of the Rich Earth Institute, BrightWater Tools is developing a building-scale toilet “resource” collection and treatment system. Our tools enable buildings to recycle both water and nutrients on-site, unlocking the potential of bathrooms to produce resources instead of pollution. The nutrients in human “waste” are then processed in our system to become a sanitized, concentrated, high-value fertilizer to support local agriculture.
