Most people are trying to chase the hottest thing in the Valley. There will always be new technology and new ways to solve things. Our philosophy is to find the most important problems worth solving. Did you know the the Building Service Contractor employees the 5th most people of any job in America, yet they are using some of the worst technology of almost any industry? Some people look down upon this industry because the employee base is not highly educated, or don't speak or look like others who come from Silicon Valley. What I've learned from all my previous life experiences (growing up, my previous start-up, and at Meta), is that helping the people who need help the most, is much better than trying to help people who don't need it. What excites me is that our customers who commit to us, want to use our product for life. They have been using the same software since the 90's, and want something they can use for the decades to come. We want to be the future of this industry -- they deserve it and we believe we are the perfect team to give it to them.
