You will get equity and join the founding team. Therefore, you should be a person who pays extreme attention to detail, loves working without supervision, boldly champions new and better ways to do things, and will quickly develop strong opinions of what the product needs to look like and how to get there. You will work with our CTO, UX designer, and another full-stack developer, dividing up the work based on expertise and interest. We are a small company with big growth plans, so pay raises and promotions are also very possible. We are very flexible regarding how much you work when you work, and from where you work. Just make sure you are there for the team when we need you and that your part of the project is done right and on time. Our CEO is one of the most recognized physicians in his field, with 17 years of practice under his belt.
