Brightfox is disrupting the $20B healthcare staffing market. Currently, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers are beholden to staffing agencies to find jobs. These agencies charge hospitals exorbitant fees, gouge provider salaries, and don’t seem to care if underserved hospitals are properly staffed.

Brightfox is an online healthcare staffing platform that cuts out the staffing agency middlemen. Over the past year, the providers we have placed in hospitals have received the equivalent of a 50% pay raise. At the same time, our hospitals have saved up to $500,000/year—funds that were put to use improving patient care.

In a single year, we have accomplished more than we thought possible—we have built our beta site, we are billing $90K/month, and we have signed a marquee hospital system as a customer (they have over 70 hospitals that need staffing!). Now, it is time to staff up and expand our operations nationally.
