Our team has spent years building our technology platform and our data science expertise - as a result we are now uniquely positioned to deliver strong returns from UK residential property at large scale, while also providing tenants with great offerings they can call home.

In 2021, we began offering solutions for institutional investors and are currently deploying our first major mandate - worth £600m.

This is the largest technology-driven investment in the UK residential market to date.
