When MBA students find a particular concept abstract they usually explore online learning tools that tend to replicate the classroom experience. Our experience as well as that of our friends is that the content is not engaging and used only for last minute exam preparation as opposed to learning the true applications of those concepts. That made us think that the problem may not be in simplifying those concepts to the extent that the product is no longer commensurate with the aptitude of the student. We believe that the problem lies in the way the content is presented, both aesthetically and more importantly structurally. Our films take the students from the classroom to the workplace, providing usable, tangible applications to the information the student is meant to internalize. This increases engagement as the student is now more motivated to grasp the information. We all love a compelling story, and we strive to increase the involvement of the student with interesting plot lines, dialogues and narrations.
