Culture and benefits at Bookinglayer

Culture overview

Since the start in 2013 we have been a remote company. You decide from where you work but once a year we all get together for a company retreat. Apart from that, we encourage and faciliate meetings in persons with your direct colleagues. We don’t have a 9-5 mentality. You decide how your week looks like and when its on we won’t blame you when you’re out surfing. For internal communication we use Slack and when we have calls we try to keep them short and related to a single topic.
