Boltick is the financial and technological infrastructure where events live. Not a ticketing platform — the full monetary layer of the events industry: primary sales, P2P resale with automatic royalty splits, a proprietary payment wallet (BOLT), event shop, and same-day settlement for organizers.
The core problem: payment processors hold organizers' funds for 18-35 days post-event. In Argentina and across LATAM, with 3-5% monthly inflation, that's not an operational detail — it's real capital destroyed silently. No player in the market is solving it with an integrated solution.
Boltick solves it through BOLT, its own payment instrument, which eliminates dependency on external processors and settles funds the same day of the event. The blockchain infrastructure (Solana + compressed NFTs) is completely invisible to end users — buyers just purchase a ticket, show a QR, and walk in.
