Every nonprofit has a board of directors. The board is made up of about 15 to 30 members who meet a few times a month for meetings. To prepare for these meetings, agendas need to be created, documents collected and distributed, RSVPs solicited, and minutes taken. We provide a portal that streamlines all of these processes into one place.
