Blustac’s vision is to create an open application deployment platform for food establishments. The open platform will enable Blustac to be a data analytics provider. The mission to enable this is to create a platform for application deployment at food establishments, and to provide key applications to proliferate adoption of the platform. Blustac will be the data analytics provider supported by this open platform. Blustac will achieve this through deployment of 4 critical applications identified today - food safety, equipment predictive analytics, inventory management, and ensuring order correctness. More applications based on market needs.

Food safety is the first application Blustac will create. Food safety is a 55 billion dollar problem in the US. It is hard to find an end customer who has not been affected by food borne illness - whether small or big. Most issues result in the consumer not returning to the restaurant - causing a loss of revenue ultimately to the restaurant.
