Though India grows some of the best coffee in the world, it's almost all exported and what is served locally is most often low quality, bitter and burnt. We started Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters to change that. We source coffee from leading farms across the country, develop unique roast profiles for each coffee and ship it out the day after roasting to customers all over the country. Since starting in 2013, we've had a tremendous response to our coffee and are now looking to build a team to scale.
