We are in the middle of a mental health crisis. 7 out of 10 Americans deal with symptoms of mental illness with the most common symptoms being stress, anxiety and mental burnout. Moreover, 4 out of 10 Americans say they would prefer to treat their symptoms with a natural product over a more effective pharmaceutical one.

Blossom, a mental hygiene company, is on a mission to provide people with clinically-effective natural tools to support their mental wellbeing. Our vision is to live in a society where mental hygiene is talked about as much, if not more(!) than physical hygiene.

This fall we are launching a line of instant ("just add water") oat milk lattes infused with superfoods that have shown to support stress, anxiety and mental burnout. We worked with over a dozen herbal medicine practitioners and combed through hundreds of clinical studies to determine the most effective superfoods, and more importantly, doses of those superfoods for mental wellbeing.
