Blitzz is a B2B field-rep/customer support app where they can take a picture or video on their smartphone and ask questions to tech & field support reps and also collaborate over live video chat if needed. Think Facetime + Slack for personalized & predictive B2B customer support. Blitzz also recognizes instruments/hardware using image recognition and predicts customers' needs and integrates into existing CRM/Support solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk).
