We are a company dedicated to helping people with the obstacles of childcare, elder care and even our fur babies through kindness, compassion and paying it forward. We developed an app that would help barter services between networks and pay it forward to ensure connections between people in rural to metropolitan areas. We wanted to find a way to bridge the gender parity in organizations. We realized that childcare is one of the most important reason why women leave their career. Mother's must decide to work or stay home to provide for their children. Childcare is inadequate, program hours are inconvenient and costly. Twenty-seven percent of median household income for single working parents contributes to childcare and the impact is worse for women of color. When working women have to decide between childcare and work many will leave, taking talent and expertise with them. We want to close the wealth gap.
