• Develop and implement marketing technology strategies for the Performance Marketing team.

• Customer Service & Representation:

Serve as an ambassador for the company, providing high-quality service that reflects our premium brand and service proposition.
Handle a wide range of customer and chauffeur queries using in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Utilize multiple communication channels (phone, email, and live chat) to resolve queries while maintaining a consistent and professional brand tone and voice.

• Drive the strategy and execution of features that show tailored offers to our partners, allowing them to pick those that align with their preferences.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end partner experience in the marketplace, from offer creation to selection.

• Process Improvement

Drive the execution of automation opportunities that will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and implement scalable solutions across the business.
Manage and maintain current automation processes, providing ongoing oversight and improvements as necessary.
Leverage testing of new solutions to adapt innovative results by pushing past existing processes that may have challenges or excessive manual efforts
included. These tests and implementations can lead to further improvements with efficiency at the core.

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key metrics.

• You will be the go-to on the ground contact for our supply base in your market(s). To our suppliers, you will be the face of Blacklane.
• You will manage and improve the supply quality and engagement from our external partners (professional chauffeurs) within your market(s) with support from a Senior or Lead Market Manager.

• Architect and implement advanced features for our Go-based dispatching service
• Translate operational requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions

• Conceptualize and build Salesforce applications using standard salesforce functionality and SFDX, Apex, JavaScript and LWC when necessary. Additionally be able to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support Blacklane’s business objectives.
• Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans.

• You will co-lead, alongside the Engineering Manager, the Dispatching pod. Your role involves guiding the empowered and outcome driven team through the scrum process, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring each member can deliver their best work. The pod is part of the Data Products domain (demand side), which consists of a total of 2 pods in which you have the opportunity to benefit from lively exchange and learnings.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define the technical vision and roadmap for our products.
Stay informed and up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve our customer experience and operational efficiency.
Lead the exploration of new technologies and approaches to enhance our software engineering capabilities and improve overall product quality.

• Envision: Develop and drive the technical vision for our platform. Collaborate with stakeholders, document your plan, and guide engineers through execution.
• Enable: Empower the engineering team to improve flexibility, agility, and productivity across the company.

• Product Strategy: Lead the vision and execution of a guest-focused product strategy that elevates the user experience.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a talented team of product managers, fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusivity and excellence. .

• Take a leading role in the architectural design and development of our chauffeur app while dealing with ambiguity of complex features
