At BioGenesis, we are building a platform that takes in phenotypic and genotypic information on the front end, and on the backend aggregates EMRs across the US. This allows for an ML algorithm to make conclusions about inputted patient scenarios using the past physician decision-making recorded in EMR data. The output BioGenesis provides is diagnostic and prognostic information given to physicians, speeding up and helping them create accurate differential diagnoses/prognoses for their patients.
