BHyve is my first fulltime job out of college. I've been with BHyve for a year now. I've gotten a chance to solve real problems and understand the process of building features out - research, planning, prioritising, delegation and team building. There's also an immense sense of ownership, even for the mistakes made, but for the new ideas and out-of-box solutions I've offered.
