More young people than ever are enrolling in college, yet just 9% of low-income students earn a bachelor’s degree by their mid 20s, compared with 77% of their wealthy peers. Beyond 12 takes a unique, hybrid approach of personal coaching and technology products to dramatically increase graduation rates of low income and first generation students to 82%.

We accomplish this via our data analytics platform that allows high schools and college success programs to track and analyze the progress of their alumni, and our MyCoach mobile app that gives students a “coach in their pocket”. We're tracking the progress of 40,000+ students and coaching 2,000+. We are ready to scale this tremendous impact by building a product & engineering team to design and build the future of our products — a prescriptive analytics and machine learning platform to provide tailored coaching to hundreds of thousands of low income and first generation college students to ensure they graduate from college.
