Better Capital is one of the first Canadian providers of revenue-based financing for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs). Our philosophy is simple: business owners should have access to the capital they need to successfully grow their businesses.

Too often SMBs don’t qualify for traditional debt financing and, when they do, owners are often required to sign personal guarantees in exchange for the capital. Furthermore, many SMBs either don’t meet the lofty growth criteria required by Angel Investors/Venture Capital or don’t want to deal with the equity dilution and loss of control associated with these investors.

Our revenue (or royalty) based lending solutions provide business owners with access to flexible growth capital without the restrictive limitations and personal guarantees often associated with debt financing or equity dilution and loss of control associated with Angel Investors/Venture Capital.
