We are a couple of product nerds who found it frustrating to use several tools, lose research results, not being able to co-create with our customers, dev teams and c-suite. We thought about the impact on the business bottom line if we could build the right thing from day 1. So we quit our jobs and created Betafi. We empower organizations to truly understand their target customers and build usable interfaces with delightful UX by integrating research directly into their product development cycles, with fast turnarounds from finding the right testers to arriving at actionable insights. We are a four-month-old start-up on a mission to help companies create magical products. We believe that by talking to customers early and having the right toolkit to rapidly test concepts, you can really build things that delight customers.
