Great Colleagues- We’ve put together the one of the smartest, hardest-working and most fun teams we have ever come across. Eating Together- Once a week, we provide lunch at the office and a chance to learn about other areas of the business informally and get to know one another. Social Events- Once a month, a different member of the team is given a budget to host a special evening out (such as comedy shows, escape rooms, wine tastings). Once a year, we have an epic Christmas party and go out for dinner and a show during the Fringe. At certain company milestones we host ‘Empty Fridge Days’ (EFDs), where we gather together and enjoy a fridge filled great beers to celebrate. Beer!- It probably goes without saying, but we enjoy tasting samples together every Friday, from the best breweries around the world. You’ll also get to visit beer festivals and study beer for an official Cicerone qualification. Parental Leave- We offer generous parental leave for any member of the team, well above the statutory minimum, regardless of gender, on the birth or adoption of a child. Sunshine Leave- It isn’t often sunny here in Edinburgh, so when it is, you’re free to take the day off (or a half day if you prefer) to make the most of it, no questions asked.
