I love working at BeeCastle. You don't often see the companies with the mix of an exciting problem, a team of experienced low-hassle professionals, a culture where everyone can have an impact on business/product/tech strategy and true work flexibility. As a father, that last one is particularly important to me - our team doesn't worry about process or red tape which allows me to get my work done in a manner that suits me. I feel lucky to be involved in a very exciting part of the company life-cycle as we learn and grow.
