Bedside careers

Bedside is a secure line of communication between nursing facilities and families of the patients to reduce the "telephone game" between all included parties. The families of residents may have to call in to check and see how "Mom" is doing on a continual basis hoping the nurses get back to them. We are making it easier for families to stay updated about "Mom's" condition. The family gets daily updates sent to their phone through our app with information such as: Did she eat all her food? Has she taken her meds? Has she done rehab? etc. This is a huge pain point for families, the real decision makers. As we increase the amount of incoming patient conversion rates from the hospital, with each possible referral patient being worth upwards of $500 a day, there is definite value to the facilities as well. In addition, it's great way for facilities to keep their finger on the pulse of customer satisfaction with in app evaluations leading to higher quality care.
