As an engineer at Beautylish, you will own the implementation of major projects and collaborate on the design and implementation of major new features. Applicants must have knowledge of Python, Ruby, PHP or Javascript and prior experience building scalable consumer web applications. A B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. We are using a light web framework (Python, Pylons, Backbone.js) combined with modern but proven components (Redis, Elasticsearch) all running on Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront). Experience with these technologies is preferred, but not required.
