Culture and benefits at Beamlink

Culture overview

We hire people who want to make a difference and have most but not necessarily all of the skills necessary to do the work. There's also room to learn on the job. We also like to say that we hire people, not positions. If you sort of fit into a role, then apply and tell us what else you feel you bring to the team! And if you don't fit into any roles posted, let us know! We're always open to new resumes. We work primarily in person but have a few hybrid and a few remote employees and work to mke sure everyone is included both at work and in social events. We have weekly check-ins, but have implemented daily standups for teams that selectively choose that structure. We run on Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace. We also value inclusivity and diversity above all else, and while we're a small team and haven't needed to substantially put our DEI policies in writing, we're always looking to proactively ensure that DEI is forefront in our culture, corporate structure, and operations.
