Beam is a remote first company of impassioned individuals led by 2 fearless female founders, Katie Bell and Pamela Scarborough. We pride ourselves on maintaining a people-first culture despite being an all remote team. Beam is an exciting health-tech start-up primed for rapid scale on the cusp of our first commercial fundraise. At Beam our mission is to improve the lives of people with chronic health conditions through exercise, education and well-being. We’ve come a long way in 6 years, collaborating with world leading hospitals, fully launching a product for 2 health conditions (cystic fibrosis and kidney disease) and piloting 4 others. We've brought specialist exercise to over 9000 members and, in the last 12 months alone, have delivered over 11,900 sessions of exercise, education and well-being on Beam.
