Beam is an online platform designed specifically for the bespoke needs of people with a health condition, delivering movement, education and a community support framework. We offer a diverse range of on-demand and live classes that are led by physiotherapists and exercise professionals who are either trained in or live with the health condition themselves. Alongside our variety of content we offer community support and science backed, behavioral change features to help people start and stick to regular, relevant movement for better mental and physical wellbeing.
